Until the end of Corona, i'm in Europe once in year and in Japan, music festivals and concerts are held with the support of the Agency for Cultural Affairs, i'm grateful to them. I hope that the Japanese classical music world will become closer to Europe. After Corona, i'll be in Vienna again, but recently i've met people who have exchanges with the United States, so there may be an opportunity to go to New York as déjà vu in my childhood. I'm interested in how God guides me.
There are many types of musicians, but i like to work quietly. Recently, we can use SNS, so we don't use paid notifications. Being famous isn't necessary a good thing, and it comes with a lot of hardships. I would appreciate it if i could cherish the encounters with people i met by chance and be happy even in a small society.
Tokyo is the center of Japan for most industries also for the classical music. As far as i see, the Agency for Cultural Affairs will move to Kyoto, but Tokyo will continue to be the center of classical music concerts because the understanding and cooperation of the music fans in Tokyo is more than the other regions. Our purpose is to spread classical music, we are holding festivals and concerts in other prefectures. We hope that Japan will become a classical music country.
Media capabilities have changed and now more and more people use direct personal communication over the Internet. Of course, to give the top priority to providing the best performance, as a company dealing with world cultural heritage of classical music, we cannot provide good things to many people without a strong relationship with the media. We'll do our best!
The Kyoto International Music Festival has ended. The interaction between my colleagues from Spain and the Japanese people was a valuable opportunity. This time, we applied for several sponsornames of the music festival, but in reality, there were some that did not function just by lending names, so next time we will only use the good results from this time (Kyoto City, the Convention Bureau, and as new, Kyoto Prefecture and Embassy）Please look forward to it!
I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Agency for Cultural Affairs for their support this year again. With this support, we are holding a project where local people can experience authentic classical music concerts at a low price in rural areas where professional concerts are not often held. And my colleagues are also looking forward to visit japan. Although this year is still a pandemic, i've had the most number of concerts overseas and co-starring in Japan with European colleagues.
Next monday is the 170. birthday concert of Alfred Grünfeld. His time is about 100 years ago, but I feel very close to him. His pieces are lovely and emotional, so visitors will surely have a wonderful time.
Classical music is a world heritage. However, only a few percent of people in each country are naturally incorporated into it. Many people learn to sing, play musical instruments at primary school. However, people forget it when they grow up. We need to increase our musical experience in society! Classical music forms an international personality, connects the world to peace and it makes people better, even when the times change because it's universal. Let's spread classical music more!
Mozart Piano Sonata Zyklus and Easter concert in Vienna have ended. My colleague pianists were also there and they said me that i should continue to play Mozart. Yes, Wolferl is my best friend forever! I'll continue to play his pieces.
I feel the importance of music even more as the world situation deteriorates. I have good friends and colleagues all over the world and everyone's hearts are united. As earthlings, we need to have a spirit of mutual concessions and respects each other. Artists show love of God, make the world happy. Of course, the artist must have a good personality. Artists also make money, but it should consumed again for people happiness. I want to play more so that music can change the world happier!
